Facilitation Curation by Tash Willcocks
I could have shared hundreds of facilitation toolkits with you, but no one needs that level of overwhelm (and honestly, a lot of them are just the same thing behind yet another data wall). So I’ve toned it down to 40, and then pulled out eight stand-outs that I actually use, rate, and think you might too. They cover healthcare, trauma-informed practice, participation, climate, playful games, and good old Liberating Structures. And… a cheeky extra, because I’ve yet to find a facilitation toolbox that really centres neurodiversity; if you know one, please share it.
Why these ones?
Because they’re pragmatic, accessible, not overly long, and packed with things you can actually take into a session tomorrow. They’re also not trying to spam your inbox in exchange for a PDF.

Neurodiverse Facilitation (YouTube talk):
Not a full toolbox, but it shares a few important approaches. This, in my opinion, is a huge gap in the facilitation world. We need far more resources here. If you’ve seen or built something that centres neurodiverse participants, please shout and we can add it – this should absolutely be part of the canon.
