Day 29 → Ready to reflect? Let’s pause and process.

If you’ve made it this far in the series, pause for a moment. Every shift in our careers deserves time for reflection, and in L&D this practice isn’t just personal, it’s also a powerful tool to help others.

Reflection is how we turn experience into insight. It helps us spot patterns, connect dots and make sense of all we’ve taken in. Whether you're building your own capability or supporting others to grow, reflective practice is one of the most underused tools for deeper learning.

Here are some ways to start:

  • Ask "What? So what? Now what?" after projects or posts you’ve read.

  • Create space for team reflection, not just individual journaling.

  • Treat reflection as data - what do your thoughts tell you about what works?
