Brand Collaboration Ideation Framework
This framework is a structured canvas for two brands to generate and develop collaboration ideas together.
Before the session, each brand independently fills in their half of the template: channels, resources, products and services, audience profiles, business roles, and values.
During the facilitated session, both sides use a set of 33 guided questions to explore shared goals, cross-audience opportunities, activation formats, and risk factors.
After the session, the framework guides teams through idea selection, role distribution, and launch planning.
