Design methods for developing services

This toolbox is a PDF that begins with an introduction to the double diamond process. After that it introduces 11 tools split into four categories: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver.
It has been developed to provide an introduction to service design and a selection of service design tools for people new to the field.
It was created through a joint initiative by the Technology Strategy Board and the Design Council (the originators of the double diamond).
