Equitable Community Engagement Toolkit

This toolkit contains guidance on how to engage communities equitably.

It is designed to serve as a compass for engagement practitioners, particularly those working in government, and to support shared decision-making with the people most impacted.

It was created by the City of Philadelphia, specifically the PHL Service Design Studio, in partnership with the Office of Innovation and Technology and the Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity.
