Service Sandbox

This toolbox contains a variety of environment tiles, cards, and canvases. They are intended to be used in 3 phases: build, ideate, and define.

It has been designed to help people create concepts for new digital services in a tangible and interactive way. They recommend using the sandbox for between 3 hours and 2-days to get the best outcomes.

It was created by Jane Vita and the Business and Service Design team from Digitalist, a Customer Experience Innovation company based all over the world.
