The Design Sprint

This toolbox contains all of the information you need to run a 5-day Google Ventures-style sprint process.

It has been designed to help a small team of people answer a difficult business challenge "through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers." This almost-foolproof process draws on design thinking, innovation strategy, behavioural psychology, and agile methods to bypass the usual biases and inefficiencies of a group of people trying to make a decision.

It was developed by Jake Knapp, John Zeratsky, and Braden Kowitz from GV (formerly Google Ventures) after many years of helping startups to made better products.
