CPS & Ideation Curation by Vitaly Mikryukov

Creative Problem-Solving (CPS) & Ideation is a collection of toolboxes for anyone who works with ideas – whether you’re running a workshop, teaching creative thinking, solving a business problem, or just looking for ways to think differently. These resources cover the full spectrum from structured problem-solving frameworks to open-ended ideation methods, curated by someone who has spent years using, teaching, and testing them in practice.

About the Guest Curator: Vitaly Mikryukov

Vitaly Mikryukov is a creativity educator, facilitator, and founder of Creative Happens, a community and platform dedicated to developing creative thinking as a practical, learnable skill. For almost fifteen years, he has run workshops, public lectures, and ideation challenges that bring creative problem-solving methods to people who don’t see themselves as “creative types”.

His work draws on TRIZ, lateral thinking, design thinking, and the CRAFT methodology. He teaches at HSE University and has spoken at TEDx on making creativity learnable, not innate.

Through this curation, Vitaly brings together the toolboxes he returns to most often: resources that are rigorous enough to stand up to scrutiny and accessible enough to use in a session tomorrow.
